By accessing and using AdForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AdForge provides AI-powered content generation tools including landing pages, ebooks, ad creatives, and campaign tracking. The Service uses third-party AI engines and image generation tools to create content on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree NOT to use the Service for: (a) any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonation or fraud; (c) generating spam or misleading content; (d) money laundering or financial fraud; (e) creating content that infringes on intellectual property rights; (f) any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the Service.
You retain ownership of all content generated through the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time. AdForge does not claim ownership of your generated content.
The Service integrates with third-party AI, image generation, and traffic management tools. AdForge is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. We make no warranties regarding their output.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Token allocations reset monthly. No refunds for unused tokens.
AdForge provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or any losses arising from account suspensions, bans, or legal actions by third parties resulting from your use of generated content.
Content generated through paid tiers may be used for commercial purposes. Free tier content is for personal and testing use only. You are solely responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
